Originally designed circa 1931 by architect Wallace Neff for studio mogul Sol Wurtzel. The home was inspired by the iconic Villa Giulia in Rome. Celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Prince Rainier of Monaco, & Howard Hughes have spent time in the home. Recently renovated by architect Richard Manion & interior designer Trevor Howells.
