Designer Michael S. Smith and diplomat James Costos take over an unusual design classic in Rancho Mirage, California. Ichpa Mayapan is a Mayan Revival house originally designed in the early 1970's by architect Howard Lapham. Smith has restored the exteriors and re-designed the interiors according to his own vision.
