Fogarty Finger was engaged to renovate all common areas and tenant amenities at The Ludlow, a 24-story luxury rental high-rise in the Lower East Side. The re-design maintains the integrity of the original space while contemporizing the building’s unique features. A rich color palette filled with deep purples, pinks tones and a juxtaposition of black and white, as well as a variety of textures, like ribbed concrete and brass create a deeply luxurious yet comfortable ambiance throughout.
